This weeks webinar, had a big AHA moment for me. When Jason Parachnowitoch came on and talked about his big moment, when he realized that, greatness is a few simple things done right daily. It does not produce big incremental changes daily, it is the “aggregation of marginal gains” that makes the big difference over time for the athletes he worked with. Reminded me of how, when you do not see someone for a few years, when you were a child and then you see them, and they say how much you have changed since they last saw you. I would look at them and think, what are you talking about, I am the same as I have always been. We are so close to ourselves, we tend to not see the daily small changes, and growth, that we are experiencing as we do the daily simple little things right.
In the sit this week, thinking about the Battle Ship, working my way back from it sitting there, to what all is in it, to how it was built, to all the parts brought together for it’s making. Then further back to the idea that, it was one sole person that had an idea or thought about it, before it could be come a physical object. That person had to start a mastermind of other people, that grew into the thousands for it to actually manifest. I had another AHA moment, that is exactly what is happening with our DMP, and how we have to start a mastermind of others, committed to helping us bring it into manifestation. No one makes it with out a mastermind.
I always keep my promises.
