This week makes me think of. When you girdle a tree, it takes some time before the tree begins to dry up and die, then eventually decompose and disappear. Relating that to our thoughts and the “Mental Diet” choosing what and how we want to think about anything. Knowing that our old blueprint is mostly, all the things we don’t want, because of our lack of knowledge or understanding how things really work and the old conditioning. Then becoming aware of the reality that thought is the only reality, the things around us are just the result of thought. It is a huge shift in our thinking to really, really grasp that thought as, most of our past has been based on the opposite being reality. So back to my first comment about girdling a tree it takes time, how important it is to really choose our thoughts and not waiver or be wishy washy, but focus, real focus on what we want, as if it already has come into the physical world. It has to dominate our thoughts and then act as if. All this takes me to the big Aha moment, when Jason Prachnowitsch, shared about “The Aggregation of Marginal Gains” all I have to do is think about, I am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious and Happy. I know that day by day, I am becoming more aware of my thoughts and choosing the good ones, I am incrementally, manifesting my true self and allowing it to blossom.
I always keep my promises.
