This week it really hit me when I was reading the lesson, how critically important it is to really become the observer, or the watchman at the gate. All during out waking hours and how important it is to give the subconscious, final directions before we fall asleep.
16. The subconscious mind draws just and accurate inferences from premises furnished from outside sources. Where the premise is true, the subconscious mind reaches a faultless conclusion, but, where the premise or suggestion is an error, the whole structure falls. The subconscious mind does not engage in the process of proving. It relies upon the conscious mind, “the watchman at the gate,” to guard it from mistaken impressions.
Knowing that the subconscious does not recognize, right or wrong, and only caries out the thoughts or orders it is given by design or by default, makes it imperative that we decide what we want, and think only about those things.
I always keep my promises
